Control Concepts Senior Engineers Go Gold with Crestron Master Programmer Certification
Fair Lawn, NJ—March 19, 2012
Control Concepts’ Senior Engineers Ken Danner and Mike Korinko have earned Crestron Gold Certification. Certified Master Programmers Ken and Mike completed a series of rigorous, invitation-only Crestron Masters Classes to earn Crestron Gold Certification. Already Silver Level Creston Programmers, Ken and Mike attended three additional Masters Classes and passed the exam to achieve Gold status.
The high level programming certification process gave the Control Concepts senior engineers the chance to train on the most up-to-date Crestron hardware and software, taking their programming skills to the next level and positioning Control Concepts to provide even more value to customers. Ken and Mike are among only thirty-four Crestron Gold Certified Programmers worldwide.
For Ken Danner, working on the Gold exam was exciting. He is certified by Crestron and other control system providers, and notes that “Crestron Gold Certification distinguishes someone who has the Master’s certification with 6 months of programming experience, and someone who has been programming consistently for years.”
“The certification definitely stretched my imagination in terms of discovering solutions to problems. I think I’ll be that much better at thinking outside the box when faced with an unusual problem in a project,” says Ken, who specializes in implementation and optimization of large control system integration projects for educational and corporate facilities for Control Concepts. Mike adds, “achieving Crestron Gold Certification provides a real sense of accomplishment in knowing that I am part of a very small and elite group of programmers. It also provides Control Concepts with the ability to pursue new projects that will help us to continue to expand upon our knowledge of the industry.”
