As Customer Experience Coordinator, Lynn connects directly with CCI customers to provide service, attention and help. Additionally, she is responsible for managing company accounts and finances at CCI. Lynn plays a leading role in our Human Resources and employee morale. She is instrumental in scheduling and overseeing all projects, and communicating between technical staff and customers.
She brings a 15 year business background during which she has handled all aspects of accounting, from receivables and payables to billing and credit issues to collections and payroll. For 10 years, she has also handled human resources, maintaining records and staying abreast of employment laws, company benefits.
