Control Concepts’ Steve Greenblatt to Present at InfoComm ’09

FAIRLAWN, NJ –– Independent programming firm Control Concepts, Inc. announced that company President Steve Greenblatt will once again be a featured speaker at InfoComm ’09.

InfoComm ’09 marks the fourth consecutive year of seminar instruction for Control Concepts’ President Steve Greenblatt, CTS, who will be presenting “The Role of the Independent Programmer in Project Success.”

“Instructing seminars at InfoComm provides an excellent opportunity to share your knowledge, contribute to the industry, and learn from others”, remarked Steve Greenblatt. “Each time that I have been granted this privilege, I have had a unique experience and felt personal reward and growth connecting with everyone involved. The ability to share experiences and help others is very gratifying.”

This year’s seminar will familiarize AV professionals with independent programming companies, address the challenges associated with control system-based projects in the audiovisual industry, and offer solutions for making projects and partner companies more successful. Attendees will learn the benefits of working with an independent programming company, identify how to select an appropriate provider, and be presented with ways to make control system programming more efficient and effective.

“Control system programming is a prominent part of integrated systems. It is essential for all parties involved to become more aware of the impact of programming and more knowledgeable about how this potentially intangible part of a project is handled”, stated Steve. “Knowing what is possible, how to make good choices, the value of defining specific requirements, and the importance of following a detailed process and establishing expectations is a critical path to success in this area.”

“InfoComm is pleased that Control Concepts is presenting at InfoComm 09,” said Randal A. Lemke, Ph.D., Executive Director, InfoComm International. “It is important for the audiovisual industry to understand the value independent programmers can add to projects.”

The seminar, geared toward providing valuable insight in dealing with control system programming for sales staff, designers, project managers, technicians, and end-users, will be presented on Wednesday, 6/17/2009 from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM in room W308A of the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.
