Ken Danner and David Glassman Named to Commercial Integrator 40 Under 40 List
Senior engineer and software developer named to CI Influencers 2015 Class
For the second year in a row, Commercial Integrator announced its 40 Influencers Under 40 list. The list highlights young AV professionals who are making an impact on the industry. This year, two members of the Control Concepts Team, Ken Danner and David Glassman, were named to the popular list of influencers.
Ken Danner, a 12 year veteran at Control Concepts, has built a strong customer following and has become a leader among his peers. Control Concepts President Steve Greenblatt says, “Ken’s patience, calm demeanor, and ‘can do’ attitude set a high standard for customer service.” By maintaining ongoing relationships with end users, consultants, and integrators alike, Ken is at the center of many of Control Concepts’ largest customer relationships and projects. He provides consistent and reliable guidance, programming, support, and maintenance year after year.
Of the 40 Under 40 honor, Ken says, “I’m honored to be included in a group of young and talented individuals who represent an exciting and ever-changing industry.”
David Glassman has made significant advancements since joining Control Concepts less than three years ago. His progress includes becoming a Crestron Certified Programmer, an AMX Certified Solutions Master, and an Extron Control Professional. Additionally, David has advanced from starting out as a Junior Programmer to become a member of the custom development team and has taken on a variety of new programming languages including Java and C#. David, says Steve Greenblatt, “is proof that with a strong desire to learn and grow, along with hard work and a passion for programming, you can achieve goals that you set for yourself and quickly advance your career in the AV industry.”
David says, “I’m very honored to be included in this year’s list among my distinguished peers and colleagues. For me, it’s a validation that diligence and hard work do not go unnoticed. The road to mastery over any craft is challenging and often filled with uncertainty and, though I’ve still got a long way to go, this serves as a great motivator to continue striving to learn more, to do more and to be better.”
